How many of us have ever imagine the perfect wedding day? I remember that I had so much fun planning my wedding, and of course, I wanted every single detail to perfection [yes, I was a bridezilla]. Hi girls, sorry for being MIA (Missing in action) last week. I gave myself a little break from blogging. Honestly, I was not feeling inspired to blog or post anything, It happens…I guess, but I am back and I hope to catch up with what I have been missing lately.

First of all, thank you so much for your feedback on the previous post ["6 ways to wear a sarong to the beach"]. I always read and enjoy every single comment. Most of you liked the styles #4 and #6 which were my favorites as well as # 5. As we all know, there are many ways to wear a Sarong, and I had so much fun styling mine. If you know other ways to tie it, please don't hesitate to letting me know :)

I wanted to share with you how to style a beautiful Qbe-e Sarong to a beach party. Basically, I brought some of my favorite accessories and heels to give the outfit a more dressy look. After a day at the beach we just want to be comfortable at night but still look good, so I converted the sarong in two different styles, and added some accessories.

On the left side look, I threw on my favorite necklace, a gold clutch and flat sandals. This outfit would work perfectly to have a glass of wine by the beach or just to walk around the place. On the right side look, I put on statement earrings, a black thin belt to give myself a little waist, and black high heels to elevate the look. I would wear this outfit to a dinner, you know, something casual but dressy at the same time.

En primer lugar, muchas gracias por sus comentarios en la publicación anterior sobre "6 maneras de vestir un Sarong en la playa". Siempre leo y disfruto cada uno de sus comentarios. La mayoría de ustedes gustaron del estilo #4 y #6, que eran mis favoritos, así como también el #5. Como sabemos, hay muchas formas de ponerse un pareo, y yo me divertí mucho creando los estilos. Como un adicional, quería compartir con ustedes cómo vestír un pareo Qbe-e para una fiesta en la playa. Básicamente, me llevé algunos de mis accesorios favoritos y zapatos de tacón para dar al conjunto un aspecto más elegante. Después de un día en la playa queremos estar cómodas en la noche y lucir bien a la vez, entonces, convertí el pareo en dos estilos diferentes, y agregé algunos accesorios.

En el look del lado izquierdo, me puse mi collar favorito, una cartera estilo clutch en color oro y unas sandalias bajitas. Este atuendo funcionaría perfectamente para ir a caminar por el lugar en el atardecer. En el look del lado derecho, me puse unos aretes llamativos, un cinturón negro delgado para marcar mi cintura y zapatos de tacón negro para elevar el atuendo. Yo llevaría este look para una cena en la playa, ya sabes, algo informal pero elegante al mismo tiempo.

Hi girls! As I told you, I took some days off from work for a short trip to the Hamptons Beach, Long Island. Hola chicas! Como les dije, me tomé unos días fuera del trabajo para un corto viaje a la playa de los Hamptons, Long Island. One of the main features I look for in a summer outfit is comfort. Wide-legs pants are just perfect to achieve a comfy and chic look. As soon as I saw these pants, the print called my attention, and I couldn't resist getting them. I see myself wearing them for occasions other than the beach.

I wore this outfit with a simple black top to keep the pants as the center of attention. I just had to add high platforms heels to give myself a little height, and a fringed bag to give the look a "boho" style touch, but still look elegant and chic.

Well, that’s all for today. I am literally asleep while I am writing this post. I have a work seminar early Monday that I am so excited about. This week is going to be short, because I will be taking some days off from work and probably spending some time at the beach which I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy this summer yet. Una de las principales características que busco en un traje de verano es la comodidad. Los pantalones de bota ancha son perfectos para conseguir un look cómodo y elegante. No hay nada más relajante que estos pantalones que me veo vistiendo para otras ocasiones y no solo para la playa. Tan pronto como los vi, el estampado llamó mi atención y no podía resistirme a ellos ya que me encanta el estilo.

Me puse este traje con un simple top negro para mantener los pantalones como el centro de atención. Sólo tuve que añadir unos tacones de plataformas, y una bolsa con flecos para dar al atuendo un toque de estilo "boho", pero aún así lucir elegante y chic.

Bueno, eso es todo por hoy. Estoy literalmente dormida mientras estoy escribiendo este post. Tengo un seminario de trabajo el lunes temprano y estoy muy emocionada. Por suerte, esta semana va a ser corta, porque voy a tomar algunos días libres y, probablemente visitar la playa, que no he tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar este verano. Deseo que tengan una buena semana y muy productiva!

We can't get enough of summer hairstyles! It's such a great way to add sexiness to your look without trying too hard. I show you some celebrity inspired looks, and easy tips on how to get natural looking beach curls with the right tools and products. You can achieve this look in 5 basic steps:

1.- Get the right hair cut: You can rock beautiful wavy hair at any hair length. A layered hair cut adds volume and movement to the hair.

2.- Styling tools: Get a curler iron if you have straight and thin hair. I recommend using a tiny curling iron (1/2-inch) to get tight curls [CeramicTI Tourmaline Curling Iron], then use your fingers to soften them up.

3.- Hair products: If you have thick hair, achieving the perfect beach hair curls won’t take too much work. I recommend to use a leave-on conditioner [Sexy hair] and hair serum [John Frieda Frizz Ease Strength Serum] for the tips to get a shiny and healthy look. In case you have thin hair, a styling thickening styling spray will do the trick of a textured and bushy hair [Not your Mother's]. Squeeze your hair together tightly while applying these products to add volumen and get a relaxed summer look. Finally to combat with the humidity use an anti-frizz [Living Proof].

4.- Avoid damage: If you have no time for curlers or products, wear your hair in a tight bun to go to bed, you will wake up with relaxed wavy hair. You can also tie your hair in small sections of hair and leave it overnight. This is a great way to avoid heating tools that damage the hair.

Nos encantan los peinados de verano! Es una manera de añadir sensualidad a tu look sin esforzarse demasiado. Les muestro algunos looks inspirados en celebridades, y consejos fáciles sobre cómo conseguir esos rizos naturales de playa con las herramientas y productos adecuados. Lograr este look en 5 pasos básicos:

1.- Obtener el corte de pelo correcto: Puedes lucir el cabello ondulado en cualquier longitud del pelo. Un corte de pelo en capas añade volumen y movimiento al cabello.
