I found Jennifer Lopez wearing this sexy and classic gladiator Gucci Sandals. I consider Gladiator sandal style a little bit sturdy for my taste, but this particular ones look elegant.

The Steal:

I found a similar style from Madden Girl “Rocklinn” Sandals for only $79.95! I love the fact that the come in a pinkish-nude color that makes them look delicate.

How to wear them?

Gladiator sandals are always back in style. For that reason, these shoes will be a good investment for your shoe closet. They look adorable with dresses and skirts.

….And this is how I start the week. With this beautiful skyline of New York City, and talking about dreams! I have to confess that I have always been a dreamer. But most of all, I believe that dreaming is not enough, you have to work hard for what you want in life to make it happen.

I felt in love with these animal print harem pants as soon as I saw them. I have never been a fan of this style of pants, but I like the fact that they are so comfortable and extremely soft. I wore them with a black printed top and green vest to match with the jungle theme. Since I had too much going on with the pants, I decided to wear my nude sandals to let the pants be the center of attention. I finally added my latest favorite oversize tote bag that I have been using a lot lately.

Así es como empiezo la semana, con esta vista de la ciudad de Nueva York, y hablando de los sueños. Tengo que confesar que siempre he sido una soñadora. Pero más que nada, creo que el soñar no es suficiente, hay que trabajar duro por lo que realmente quieres en la vida para que esto ocurra.

Me enamoré de estos pantalones estilo “harem” de estampado de leopardo tan pronto como los vi. Nunca he sido “fan” de este estilo de pantalones, pero lo que me gusta es que son muy cómodos, y el material es bastante suave. Los usé con un top impreso de color negro y un chaleco verde para coincidir con el tema selvático. Como los pantalones son bastante llamativos, decidí usar mis sandalias color piel para dejar que los pantalones sean el centro de atención. Finalmente, añadí mi bolso extra grande que he estado usando bastante últimamente.

1. After a long winter our legs need a little sun. Lancôme self-tanner gives a sun- kissed tan without damaging the skin. Before applying this product, exfoliate your body to get a smooth and uniform skin for better results. I recommend applying it before going to bed and let it dry for a few minutes. Don’t worry; it will only tint your skin, not your clothes or sheets.

2. Nars Bronzer/ Blush Duo (laguna & orgasm). You can wear the powder bronzer on top of your foundation to give a sun-kissed tan to your face. Finish up with the blush, a peachy-pink shade that compliments any skin tone.

3. Mascara is one of the women’s top favorite make-up products. So why not to invest in a great one? The name says it all: “Eyes to Kill” Giorgio Armani is one of the best mascaras in the market. Two coats of mascara, blush and a lip-gloss, is my go-to make-up this spring.

4. A Lip-gloss is always necessary. Dior addict Gloss in “Angelique” is so versatile, and it works great by itself, or on top of a nude or bright lipstick.

5. Pink Lips are a must this Season; for that reason, looking for the best shade that complements your skin tone is very important. "YSL Baby Doll Kiss & Blush" pulls double duty as a blush and lip color. Not to mention that it comes in 12 beautiful and long lasting shades. My favorites are #1 (Fuschia Desinvolte) and #8 (Pink Hedoniste).

6. If you are taking a vacation, a small color eye shadow palette can be use for day and night. I love Lancôme Eye Shadow Palette “French Riviera Collection”, because it comes in 6 beautiful versatile shades of blue and sand.

7. Besides pastels colors, a bright blue Nail Polish is so in right now. Dior Nail Polish in “Sailor” has the perfect bright blue shade.

8. Due to the humidity, we want to wear as less make-up possible. I consider the BB cream a great investment if you prefer light make-up coverage, plus it works as a moisturizer and sun protector. Estée Lauder Double Wear All Day Glow BB Collection has it all. It leaves the skin feeling very soft and silky, with a light coverage and SPF protection.

1. El autobronceador te da un baño de sol sin exponerte a los dañinos rayos UV, dejando la piel muy suave y con un rico aroma. Para un mejor resultado, antes de aplicar este producto debes exfoliar tu cuerpo y así conseguir un tono de piel liso y uniforme. Preferible aplicarlo antes de irte a dormir, y dejarlo actuar durante unos minutos. No te preocupes, sólo teñirá tu piel y no tu ropa o sábanas.

2. Este duo compacto de bronceador y rubor es mi favorito. Puedes usar el bronceador en polvo encima de tu base para obtener un bronceado luminoso en tu rostro. Como también lo puedes utilizar para contornear. Finalmente agrega el rubor de color rosa-durazno, un tono perfecto que funciona muy bien en casi todos los tonos de piel.

3. El Rímel ocupa el primer lugar de los productos favoritos de nosotras las mujeres. Dos capas de rimel, rubor y un brillo labial es mi maquillaje ideal para esta temporada.

4. Un brillo labial es sin duda una necesidad. Funciona de maravilla solo, o encima de tu lápiz labial favorito.

5. Un lápiz labial rosado es una de las tendencias para esta temporada; por esta razón, encontrar el color que mejor se ajuste a tu tono de piel es esencial.

6. Si te vas de vacaciones, una pequeña paleta de sombras que la puedas usar para el día y la noche es ideal. Los tonos de sombras en azul eléctrico y arena vienen con mucha fuerza.

7. Además de los colores pasteles para tus uñas, el esmalte azul encendido está muy de moda.

8. Debido a la humedad, queremos usar el menor maquillaje posible. Busca una cobertura de maquillaje ligera, que además funcione como una loción hidratante y protector solar a la vez.

Hi Girls ~ I am so excited about the Steal-etto of the week. I found my "girl crush" Eva Longoria wearing them! She is one of my favorite actresses since "Desperate Housewives". I love her style, and how she keeps her body in shape. She wore "Valentino Couture Bow d'Orsay Pumps" to an interview for the Craig Ferguson TV Show back in 2008. She suffered a sticky wardrobe malfunction when she was caught wearing the shoes with the price tag still! I believe she will never forget this interview. It happened to me once, and it's really embarrassing!

The Steal:

I found a copycat style from Paris Hilton "Señorita" for only $66.50! It's the same style, I only wish they came in red, but you can find them in other colors and materials. Just good luck with the sizing, they sold out quickly.

How to wear them?These shoes are a must have due to their classic style. You can wear them with a glamorous gown to a formal party, or with a cute dress to a romantic date.

Encontré a Eva Longoria con estos clásicos zapatos , ella es una de mis actrices favoritas desde la serie "Amas de casa Desesperadas". Me encanta su estilo, y lo bien que se mantiene en forma. Ella llevó puestos unos zapatos "Valentino Couture Bow d'Orsay" para una entrevista en el show de televisión Estadounidense con el presentador Craig Ferguson en 2008. Eva sufrió un desperfecto en la vestimenta cuando fue sorprendida usando los zapatos con la etiqueta del precio! Creo que ella nunca olvidará esta entrevista. A mí me pasó una vez, y es realmente vergonzoso!

Encontré estos clásicos en un estilo de imitación de Paris Hilton "Señorita" por sólo $66.50! Es el mismo estilo, sólo me gustaría que vinieran en color rojo, pero los puedes encontrar en otros tonos y materiales. Sólo espero que tengas suerte con el tamaño, se estan agotando rápidamente.

¿Cómo usarlos?
Estos zapatos son una necesidad debido a su estilo clásico. Lo puedes usar con un vestido glamoroso para una fiesta formal, o un vestido de cóctel para una cita romántica.

One of my favorite combination is stripes, hot pink and animal print, because they look great together without overwhelming an outfit. You can find them in different garments, and they are so easy to combine with other pieces. I love this skirt, and I see myself wearing it in many ways. The good news is that it cost me $42, which I consider a good price for its quality and versatility. I decided to wear it with a hot pink top, and a black blazer to a formal meeting. I added my animal print pumps that I can't stop wearing lately, because they work as neutrals. When I am not sure what to wear, they are my go to heels!

Una de mis combinaciones favoritas son las rayas, rosa encendido y el estampado de leopardo porque se ven muy bien juntos sin sobrecargar un atuendo. Los puedes encontrar en diferentes prendas, y son tan fáciles de combinar con otras piezas. Me encanta esta falda, y pienso usarla de diferentes maneras. La buena noticia es que me costó $42, lo cual considero un buen precio por la calidad y versatilidad de la misma. Decidí ponermela con un top rosa encendido y un blazer negro para una reunión formal. También añadí mis tacones de estampado de leopardo que no puedo dejar de usar últimamente; ya que funcionan como neutrales. Cuando no estoy segura de qué ponerme, son los que me sacan de apuros!

Hi Girls ~ Let me tell you that I don't wear dresses too often. One of the reasons is that, I prefer to buy pieces that I can match with other garments in my closet. However, I felt in love with this dress, it is perfect for Spring, and it can be worn for more than a especial occasion. I wore it during the day with a jacket, a tote, and flats to run some errands on a Saturday morning, and later with a clutch and bright pumps to a friends brunch B-day party.

After some time of re-designing the blog and making huge changes as you can tell, the blog has a new look! Thanks to my talented brother-in-law who helped me a lot to make this a reality.

Hola Chicas ~ Déjenme decirles que no uso vestidos con demasiada frecuencia. Una de las razones es que prefiero comprar piezas que puedo combinar con otras prendas en mi armario. Sin embargo, me enamoré de este vestido porque pienso que es perfecto para la Primavera, y lo más importante es que lo puedo usar para más de una ocasión. Me lo puse durante el día con una chaqueta de jeans, un bolso grande, y unas zapatillas muy cómodas para hacer unos recados un sábado por la mañana, y luego con una cartera de mano y zapatos de tacón para una fiesta de cumpleaños en la tarde.

Después de un tiempo de trabajar en el diseño del blog y hacer muchos cambios como pueden ver, el blog tiene un nuevo look! Gracias a mi cuñado que me ayudó mucho para que esto sea una realidad, y estoy super feliz con el resultado!

Hi girls ~ this is what I wore during the weekend. One of my favorite colors is blue, and I never get enough of it. I wore my sailor print shirt that I love, which I paired with my distressed jeans that I have been wearing a lot lately. I can see myself wearing this shirt with shorts in the summer.

Open-toe Shoe Season is finally here! After this long winter, I can't wait to put on beautiful sandals! Spring-Summer season comes with many styles, such as; buckles, fringe, perforated, and indeed the animal print. I though I would share some of my favorites shoes that I am so excited about!

Horizontal stripes are not the most flattering prints; however, I recommend to wear them with a blazer, trench or jacket on top to disguise the appearance of a wider figure. A statement necklace will also help to change the focus point to your neck. Once again, I wore stripes with leopard prints. I love to mix different prints and colors, you can always transform a simple outfit into something more trendy and fun.
