Hi girls, I hope you continue enjoying this long Labor Day weekend. Officially, it is the last weekend of the summer, and I am hoping to have a few more sunny weekends. This summer has been very gentle with us and I wish the winter treats us the same way. 

As soon as I saw this shift dress at sheinside.com the zig zag pattern got my attention. The loose-fitting style is perfect, and the light texture makes the dress so appropriate for the season.  I paired this dress with my favorite teal pumps, a clear clutch and statement accessories in gold. Even though, it is a simple dress, it can be worn from a casual occasion with just flats to a more formal occasion with high heels and statement accessories, as well as bright lips for the final touch.

I am blogging from Washington, DC where I came to accompany my husband in a business trip, at the same time take the chance to spend a nice holiday weekend. It’s my third time in DC and I hope to explore this historical and interesting city a little bit more. Have a great beginning of September!

Hola chicas, espero que sigan disfrutando de este largo fin de semana del Día del Trabajo. Oficialmente, es el último fin de semana de verano con la esperanza de tener un par de fines de semana soleados. Este verano ha sido muy amable con nosotros y ojalá el invierno nos trate de la misma manera.

Tan pronto como vi este vestido en sheinside.com el patrón de zig zag me llamó la atención. El estilo holgado, y la textura liviana hacen que el vestido sea muy apropiado para la temporada. Me puse el vestido con mis tacones en punta favoritos, una cartera transparente y accesorios dorados llamativos. Aunque es un vestido simple, este puede ser usado para una ocasión casual con solo unas sandalias planas y accesorios simples o a una ocasión más formal con tacones altos y accesorios llamativos, al igual que un color de labios encendido como el toque final.

Estoy blogueando desde Washington, DC  donde estoy acompañando  a mi esposo en un viaje de negocios y al mismo tomar la oportunidad de pasar un buen fin de semana aprovechando el feriado.  Es mi tercera vez en DC y espero poder explorar esta interesante e histórica ciudad un poco más.  Espero que tengan un buen comienzo de Septiembre!
